We are going through a period of growth that sees us revamp our website to match our improved offering and relocation to a Cardiff sales office. Part of this phase saw us recently bring in an experienced Internal Business Development Manager.
As we're always on the lookout for raw sales talent, we'd like to hear from experienced sales people who're looking for an opportunity to help a thriving business develop even further.
Here's what we look for in our Business Development Managers:
You would be responsible for approaching new potential customers, forming relationships and selling our range of engineering adhesives. Full product training would be provided as part of your induction.
The right person for this role will be confident and has experience working on their own within a sales environment. In addition we'd be looking for a:

You will be working within the sales team yet responsible for your own results. The role involves approaching businesses that have not heard about us yet. We will also be calling upon your expanding knowledge and experience for you to source your own leads and use your own initiative in identifying the best people to approach by phone, although you will also be provided with some leads.
In the short to medium term this role will entail training and coaching a trainee sales person so any experience working with people in a training or mentoring capacity would be advantageous but not essential.
This is a technical sell and so any exposure to engineering would also be advantageous but again not essential as full training is provided.

In return we will offer a competitive basic salary with the ability to earn generous monthly commission based on the revenue through accounts you win. This is a new role within our business meaning that you will have scope to really make it your own.
